We began in North America in 2011. Manila was our first office in Asia. Today the group is headquartered in Singapore with around 3,000 people across seven locations.
Software outsourcing remains our core business — enterprise systems, security modules, blockchain applications, game software and web platforms, together with second-stage development on mature open-source foundations.
Over fifteen years we learned that clients rarely need only the software. Entering a new market also requires people who can run the system, people who can be hired locally, and tax that is filed correctly. Because the group already operates across seven locations, we offer those capabilities as services.
Beyond software, the group operates serviced offices, partners in real-estate development and property management, and owns a restaurant brand. These businesses make us users of the systems we build, not only their authors.

Good software should not be reserved for large companies. Through cross-border collaboration and delivery at scale, companies of any size, in any market, can reach engineering capability that is stable, secure and maintainable for years.
The goal is not the number of offices, but that each one becomes a partner local businesses trust — from the first line of code, to the first hire, to the first tax filing.
Written as behaviour, not adjectives — so you can tell when we fail them.
A date is a date. If we cannot meet it, you hear it early, not afterwards.
Security belongs in the architecture, not in the checklist before launch.
Seven locations, one specification and one acceptance standard.
Our clients' names are not our advertising.
The systems we write run for years, so we write them to be maintained.
"Integrity · Professional · Innovative · Excellent" can be pasted onto any company. These five can be argued with — which is the point.
